Crafted entirely by hand from natural ash wood, the Sadhu Nails Premium Wooden Board No. 1 combines traditional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and everyday functionality. Its elegant oval shape and natural wood grain make each board truly unique.
Designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this versatile board is an excellent choice for those starting their nail-standing journey as well as those looking to deepen an established practice. The 10 mm nail spacing offers a balanced option for regular self-practice, while the movable nails provide added flexibility.
With patience, mindful attention to your body, and a clear intention, you can gradually become more familiar with the practice and progress at your own pace.
Natural beauty, made to last.
Ash wood is known for its distinctive grain and beautiful natural character. Since every piece of wood is different, the color and pattern of your board will vary depending on the wood batch. This means your board will have its own individual character — no two pieces are exactly alike.
With its timeless design and warm wooden finish, the board fits naturally into your everyday surroundings. Keep it in your living room, meditation space, office, or under your desk — wherever you want to create a moment for yourself.
Handcrafted with care. Designed for your practice. Made to become part of your everyday life.
