The wood is carefully selected and we use the latest methods to hold the nails firmly into the board. The pressure on your feet is evenly distributed with vertical strokes.
You can take your board wherever you go! They close up like a sandwich. It looks elegant to the eye and is pleasing to hold on to. Carry it with style wherever you take. The nails are never visible when the boards are closed up.

That is why all of our boards are customized for each individual with top notch laser and woodworking machines. We use world class birch wood, Copper & Galvanized Zinc nails for our boards. Hi! I'm Husain. I got the sadhu nails practice to Pakistan at the beginning of 2021 and have never looked back.
Sadhu Nails were perfect for me to achieve a sense of calm, subtle stillness within and look at life with a crystal clear lens. The Journey of life is not an easy one, but it can be a smooth breeze if we all learn to live in the here and now.

Each board has a unique difficulty level, and they all have their advantages. Please consult with us through social media or WhatsApp to make the best decision.
Every individual is unique. Start with 1 minute, 5 minutes & etc. You must start at a pace/ time which you are comfortable with. Full benefits of the nails therapy can be felt after 30 mins.
Not even a single person has been hurt by the nails. The boards are scientifically designed with movable nails that prevent any kind of damage to the feet. However, any kind of misuse can result in serious injury.
You will be given a complete guide before your first practice.
